There is so much misinformation about animal testing in the beauty sector, and a lot of opportunistic, probably predatory, marketing to take advantage. As far back as 2014, this hasn’t been true. Many of these practices stemmed from ignorance - we had no idea the safety risks when these products were placed on the market.
